4 Cascadillians named AP Scholars

Four Cascadillians have been recognized by the College Board for their performance on the Advanced Placement (AP®) Exams. Kefei Yin and Wujun “Justin” Zhou (’19) were named AP Scholars; Jiadong “Devin” Yang (’19) was named an AP Scholar with Distinction; and Runxin “Sally” Li (’19) was named an AP Scholar with Distinction as well as a National AP Scholar, the highest AP Scholar Award. Congratulations to all four!

            The College Board’s AP Program recognizes high school students who have demonstrated outstanding abilities in college-level studies through AP courses and exams with the AP Scholar Awards. AP Scholars have received scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams. As an AP Scholar with Distinction, Jiadong Yang also had an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. As a National AP Scholar, Runxin Li also scored at least 4 on all AP Exams taken and had scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.
